| How Not to Spend Your Canada Day Long Weekend |
Because I have this annoying personality twitch that causes me to bore of stuff very easily, we are repainting the entire main floor of our house this weekend.
 So far, Mark and I have only managed to get a coat of primer on the wall while Nate napped and have flung paint at each other just once in a fit of domestic rage while we blamed each other for me and my bright ideas.

I also get bored easily, which comes in handy when you move every 2-3 years. ;)

I certainly agree with the "not" part. Try to have some fun, eh?
In my experiences, painting is akin to moving in its ability to test a relationship. Good luck and paint dripped down the plumber's butt is a good ace up your sleeve.
Just remember to paint the ceiling or you'll be remembered of that mediocre repair job for a long time.
Oh god, that stuff takes forever. I guess Nate's too young for any painting other than the finger variety, eh? :)

I fought to just get the dishes done today. I'm so jealous of you. I've been wanting to paint the main bathroom since we moved in. I have the paint, just not the time!
Is that what that is...a personality twitch? I've been wondering what was wrong with me...and so has Carlos!
I paint a room and I generally fall madly in love with the colour...temporarily. Until I see another colour that I fall madly in love with, and then the desire to repaint takes over. It's a good thing I love to paint. Carlos hates painting, so I'm on my own when my "personality twitch" rears it's ugly head!
