Pumpkin massacre
by Karla ° Friday, October 31, 2008
Nate had a mini-meltdown watching me carve his “heaby” pumpkin.

Punkin! Hurt! PUNNNNNNKIN!

And while Mark and I tried to reassure him that his pumpkin was OK, Samson made a mad dash gluttonous nose dive into a massive pile of pumpkin guts, which totally perpetuated Nate’s meltdown over our wholesome family pumpkin massacre.

Awww...poor Nate!
I hope he got over the massacre (and Samson didn't make too much of a mess with the pumpkin guts!)
Happy Halloween!

Ah, Hallowe'en. 'Tis the season for meltdowns. We had one last night over pumpkin carving (we ended up just drawing a face on the pumpkin, rather than cutting into it). And we had another meltdown this morning when my daughter decided she didn't want to wear the costume she's been talking about wearing for the last month after all.

Sigh.

And we haven't even got to the point where the kids are all jacked up from the sugar rush. Oh, the fun times to come...

Oh well...I like your Jack-o-Lantern.

Is the pumpkin wearing sunglasses? My 2.5 year old loved to pull the seads out this year and when we lit it he said "ooh scary".
